Clean, excellent service

Stayed for one night while traveling with family. Very kind front desk staff, clean hotel and convenient location. The gym and pool are in good shape. Pet fee very reasonable at $50. Loved that breakfast was included. I would definitely stay again!

Disappointing

Although the staff was friendly, we were disappointed that building, including our room, was not as clean and fresh as other Holiday Inn Express properties we have visited. The cushion on the in-room chaise lounge featured a very obvious stain. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we have come to expect from HIE. Hopefully this will improve.

Great location and new hotel

This was a new looking hotel in an area with a cluster of hotels (8 or so) right off I-210. We chose this one for the large room that sleeps this family of 6. That was so nice to find.
We were greeted by a very friendly lady upon arrival and quickly found our room. It was large, roomy and comfy. The only problem was getting it cooled down. We were tired and ready for bed, but it took several hours for the room to get cool enough. Otherwise, perfect.
The shower was equipped with full sized soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was hot and plentiful. The chairs were quite low for the bar top tables as you can see below. The coffee was not good so we skipped it in favor of getting some on the drive. Overall great experience.

Great Hotel! Must Stay!

New Hotel in a great location. The customer service was excellent which is rare today. Jessica and Delane were very helpful and kind always greeting with a smile and accommodating to my request. Bed mattresses were very comfortable too!

Great room and friendly staff!

My husband and I stayed at this property while on a trip. The stress so friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we walked in the door. The lobby area is spacious and modern. The rooms are very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. It was in a very nice area. The wonderful staff made the stay fun.
