This property is very nice and well maintained. Everyone I encountered was very personable. There is a variety of eating establishments near by. I have tried several Inn's in the area, and may have found the one I stay at during future visits to the Lake Charles area.

We had traveled about 675 miles and were ready for a good hotel. We had not stayed in Lake Charles, LA before. It is a pretty community, one we might plan on visiting on a return trip. I was signed up for BW newest rewards which were with each stay one would receive a BW gift card. So we called and made a reservation with the Best Western Bayou Inn & Suites. The woman who made the reservation was very good at her job. She had all the information I needed. We got to the hotel and Alex was behind the counter and was EXCELLENT! We had a fun check in. The room was also excellent and the bed was too. The room was spacious and quiet, it was a suite. It had a sitting area with television and work desk. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave and a separate clothes closet. The bathroom was great too except like so many places the light was also a fan which I do not like!! BUT besides that it was a good room and QUIET. Had a great night sleep and back on the road after a great breakfast which was included in the price of the room. Candie was in charge behind the counter on check out and she also did a excellent job at keeping the breakfast food and drink ready for the guests. We will make this Best Western Bayou Inn & Suites a favorite on return trips.

Hotel was great as was the staff. Breakfast could be a little better and Ice machine on our floor was broke, We do understand things happen and the staff was super friendly.
Will definitely stay there again.

This is a good place to stay. The rooms are big. The mattress was really good, and we enjoyed a good nights rest here. The staff and our workers were very friendly and nice, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel’s in good shape, and had a good breakfast.

We stayed at this location for three nights and it was wonderful. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and made our stay amazing. Special shoutout to Ola for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience when we came for breakfast in the mornings. She always asked if we needed anything and was more than helpful and accommodating of our dietary restrictions.

Walked into the room, smelled like a damp basement. The exterior looked clean, the lobby was clean. Checked in around 5:00 pm, we were the only guests there. We went out to the casinos around 7:00 pm, another couple was checking in. There were two contractors on an extended stay there also. By morning there was the contractors and three couples spending the night, wondering why.
