This was a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in a safe area with several nearby restaurants, shopping, & minutes from the casinos. The room was immaculate & the beds were very comfortable. Last but not least, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly upon check in & helped resolved our internet issue. We will definitely stay at this particular Hampton Inn during our next visit to Lake Charles!More

Nice place to stay. Staff was very polite. Bed was comfortable, fluffy pillow and clean room. Wish refrigerator was colder. Breakfast was pretty good. Convenient to Casinos and restaurants. Need more lighting in parking lot.

The overall look and cleanliness of the property is great. The staff is not too helpful or eager to help. There was no Hamptonality at this property! There are some security issues. When I asked for a key the front desk clerk just made it she did not ask for any ID or even look it up in the system. Guest beware! If you like to sleep with your room cold this is not the property for you. The temperature was regulated. Our room would not drop below 70°. And there was no constant fan that was stay on.
I am sorry about the issues you experienced while staying with us and assure you that I will be working with my team to find out what happened. The security of our guests is our priority and I will be investigating this to make sure that this is addressed as this should not have happened and will not happen again. We do not regulate our air conditioning as well. We want our guests to be able to adjust the temperature to their liking. I will have maintenance take a look at the room you stayed in to find the problem of this room. I have emailed you to get more information as I want to be sure we are addressing these issues.
