Drinks at Landrys were awesome! Food is top tier and service is amazing! I really enjoyed the oysters and shrimp along with the crab and spinach dip as an appetizer. The outdoor bar is extremely convenient for when I was at the pool.

We love everything Landry’s. We even had an excellent time in the casino, specifically in the high limit area. Then decided to check out the Sportsbook. They need to rethink the hours and how it is operated.

So you walk in and no one provides any guidance that you basically sit wherever you want. Then we sit down and by the time someone comes over, we are told we can order drinks but no food because the kitchen closes in 2 minutes. But we can order over in the quick serve area for the next hour.

So I go over to the quick serve area and there’s no one to be found. Then I’m told I have to order from the bar. So now I have an open tab at the table for drinks and then another at the bar for food. And there’s no menu to order from the bar so I’m instructed to take a picture of the menu at the quick serve area to then order at the bar.

Extremely inefficient for the staff and customer. What’s another hour of table service with food when clearly the kitchen is still cooking when I ordered a custom burger?

One last comment is around the bartenders. They need to be taught how to be respectful to customers. One was giving looks, rolling eyes and whispering in another bartenders ears right in front of the customer they had an issue with. Even if they don’t agree with the customer, there is a polite way of interacting. This was the first and last time we will spend any money at the Sportsbook.
