Cho Sun is one of the best restaurants in Bethel. Emphasizing Korean food, the menu also includes some Japanese fare. The bibim bop, a sizzling bowl of rice topped with meat, veggies and egg is one of most delicious and comforting meals imaginable after a day skiing (or anything else). Not much mainstream American food, but there are items that will please diners who don’t want to venture into exotic options...

Can’t miss. Make a reservation or hope to sit in the bar. Crowded on a busy weekend.

Came in on a Wednesday night and our order was taken 40 minutes later. The food then came about 50 minutes later our appetizer came which did not match the description. 30 more minutes till the entrees came out but we’re sadly also wrong. The server never acknowledged the wait, all five tables around us were empty when we finally got our meal. Came in at 6:15, left at 8:30. Food was average, nothing special at all. Would not recommend.

My fiancé and I just love Cho Sun. His favorite to start are the pork dumplings pan fried and mine is the sushi. The sushi is so fresh. His favorite dinner is the Garlic Teriyaki Hanger Steak with wasabi mashed (pictured) and mine is the JapChae glass noodles with beef (pictures). You can also get it with chicken shrimp or veggies. Everything here is amazing and cooked to order. The hot Saki is amazing as well. We can't get enough of this place. Owners are so friendly too and wait staff are very accommodating.

We eat here a few times a year. The whole visit an experience to really remember! The owners are very friendly and educate you on the different types of food. We have had so many great meals and memories here. It is rare to find an authentic Korean restaurant anywhere. We feel lucky to have Cho Sun here in our area.
We like the cabbage appetizer plate. The Dolsat Bibimbap is really an amazing dish of flavor and served in a hot stone bowl. I recommend that as a first time dish. They also have a nice sake menu. We love to bring friends and out of town company here.
