I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms have always been clean and quiet and the service always friendly, if minimal.
At this time there is NO RESTAURANT operating at the location. Their advertising and prices should reflect this.

Had fun staying here. Staff very nice and helpful. Nice area and view. Pond out back for boating or fishing or just sitting and enjoying life. Nice place for walks this time of year. Lot of things to do near this place.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

A perfect place to stay if you have to break a long trip somewhere. Bridgton (a short drive away) offers lots of restaurants, a cinema, a drive-in and other essential stores. The motel rooms overlook Beaver Pond and has a nice yard to sit in and relax. A variety of rooms allows for choices for all. No meal options, the restaurant on site is closed and the only convenience in the office is a Keurig coffee maker. Some rooms have a similar coffee maker, just ask for it. Good WiFi but no more room telephones in any of the rooms! Ample parking and friendly staff made this a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: the deluxe category is worth the extra $$

We stayed two nights and were happy with the accommodations. Nothing fancy, but very clean rooms (except for a stain on the carpet) that have fairly recently been renovated. We stayed in the back building, which appears to be newer than the rest of the Inn, and so this may be why our stay was nicer. Our room had two beds and a cute little gas fire place, small table and microwave and refrigerator. My mother in law stayed in a room around the corner (same building) and had a very nice room, no fire place, but sliding door to a small balcony.

We could see the pond from our room (or is it a lake?) and I thought the whole place was well landscaped and maintained. Some of the notices were a little passive aggressive in the "please enjoy your stay, but don't even think about taking our stuff" vein, but as a family run business, I can only guess at how much that kind of loss adds up.

Bridgton is a very quaint little town with good shopping and dining. We were there to pick up a child from camp, so we stayed for convenience, and were pleasantly surprised by how much this turned into a little vacation.

Room Tip: The back building looks newer and is probably nicer than the older, main building

There were ants in one of the the beds, the cot in one of the rooms was broken and wouldn't stay flat and kept folding up, The rooms reeked of vinegar, no one showed up to the front desk to check our group in for about 30 minutes after we called them on the phone. The rooms were really far away which caused a lot of walking with bags to get to the rooms. The rooms needed a update other than the tvs which were brand new and very nice. Most of the rooms were very clean which was nice and the fire places made the rooms feel cozy and made them warmer. Overall the hotel needs some improvements but there are some good things about it. I would not suggest a long stay there.
