Such a lovely location for a lovely meal. Food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect. My husband had his first whole lobster and it did not disappoint.

Husband had fresh spinach side salad with entrée of veal chop. I had side summer strawberry salad with entrée of haddock and crab. Salads were creative and had very tasty dressings. (Could have had a little more dressing on the salads). Bread was delicious with butter and a blueberry butter spread. Veal was done to perfection and haddock/crab was very tender and tasty. Did not even need the sweet pepper sauce. A little disappointed that the haddock was not stuffed with crab as described on menu. Small crab pieces were crumbled on top and there was a tasty crunchy topping with red peppers. A+ for presentation of both the salads and entrees. Drinks were only OK. They ran out of Grey Goose for hubby's Martini so hubby was not happy. Substituted some other vodka but charged us for Grey Goose. My Margariatta was only OK too. Menu prices were $$$. Service was excellent and view from our window table was exceptional. Man who seated us was dressed a little too casual for a restaurant of this type. (Not sure... may have been the owner)... Jeans and a striped polo. Food was fabulous and we will go again!

We didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't comment on that (different menu), but we ate in the pub twice. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the grilled veggie flat bread and the burger. The bartender was very busy because he was helping out in the packed restaurant as well as taking care of the pub area, but he kept on top of everything and did a great job. I hope the new owners do well and are able to invest some money in the building. The original part of the building was built in 1812. The Lucerne Inn is a really interesting looking place that just needs a little updating.

My husband and I recently visited the Lucerne Inn Restaurant and Pub for the first time and what a great find. We've been back several times now and every meal, whether from the pub menu or dinner menu, has been excellent. The owners and staff are welcoming and accommodating and the view is just beautiful.

A nice old inn which seems to attract a lot of interesting characters. We had a spicy Cajun haddock wrap and a juicy veal chop to die for. We got the blueberry pie to go and sat outside to watch the sunset.
