We were in town for a family celebration. Typically we stay with family, but there was no room for us, so we made this our evening-morning headquarters for three nights. Sue and Lauren were wonderful hosts. Although we were in the smallest room (all that was available for last minute booking), we were extremely comfortable. The bed was great, the Maine fresh air was refreshing, and the breakfasts were varied, ample and delicious.

There are many activities that one may avail themselves of just a short walk from the B&B. There is shopping in "downtown" Rangeley, the town beach and park is right across the street. There is a movie theater sponsored by the Arts group in Rangeley which also has a small gallery. You are within walking distance to several churches, restaurants and the local ice cream place, The Pine Tree Frosty. The scenery is without competition.

Lauren and Sue made it a point each morning to visit with their guests, offering up advice about nearby sights that might be of interest. They are knowledgable about hikes, overlooks for good scenery, restaurants in the area and when asked about times for events, they were happy to find the details for us. We would definitely return to this warm and friendly B&B.

If you want to feel welcomed, pampered and very comfortable you need to stay here! Beautiful older home with a decor that is gorgeous, quaint and comfortable. Sue and Lauren are so warm and welcoming...they made us feel like family. Our room was in the front overlooking the beautiful lake. The furnishings were lovely and everything was immaculate! The 2 breakfasts that we had were outstanding. Loved the chatter in the dinning room with other guests as well as the owners. Lots of great information from them about where to go and what to do. My favorite moment was sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of wine(offered by the proprietor) with the Sue and Lauren. It was the BEST!

Room Tip: Front of the building over look the lake and are not really all that noisy from the street traffic. Nice large rooms.

We spend four nights with Lauren and Sue and it was a great pleasure! They both made us feel very welcome and home in their house. The house is very nice. It is very conveniently located. Close to the lake and the restaurants in town. The room was very nice and well kept. Very clean and comfortable. Overlooking the lake from the room is spectacular! The breakfasts were very good! A great way to start a day in this nice area. Also Lauren and Sue hat a lot of helpful tips where to visit and what to do around Rangeley. We enjoyed the talks over breakfast and in the evening with Lauren and Sue and the other guests. This inn is absolutely great! We would love to came back!

I'm so glad Sue & Lauren still have this B & B! The location is great the place is beautiful and spotless, the breakfasts delicious and plentiful and our host so nice! They even put us in a bigger room being available for our stay. I love this place and area ....I hope we get there again! Make sure you do a cruise on Rangeley Region Lake Cruises with Kevin on the Oquossoc Lady! And after you see loons one only has to walk across the street from the B & B to the lake and listen to their amazing calls!
Maine's Lake Region is so beautiful and this B & B is a perfect place to end your day!

Room Tip: Room was spotless and very comfortable.

Lauren and Sue were a wonderful hosts. Sue's breakfasts were delicious, and different the three days we were there. Nice room in the front if the house overlooking the lake . Yes there is traffic as it's by the road. They were very informative of there we should visit, and directions.
A very pleasant time. Would not hesitate to go back.
