Pleasant greenspace with assorted buoys near the boardwalk. Great opportunity to see the entire buoy since you only see part when they are in the water. Mariners know that buoys move around a bit so GPS helps keep you off the rocks! Thanks to the USCG for keeping the buoys on watch in the water.

Great spot to enjoy Rockland harbor. And there are two food trucks, one for sandwiches and one for tacos, and picnic tables!

Fun area to see just how big the different buoy's really are. You can even climb up on them. Fun photo opportunity-especially with kids or family.

Totally unexpected surprise. We ate next door at the Landings Restaurant and could see the buoys and other things in the area next to the Lighthouse Museum. We walked over after eating and enjoyed a short jaunt amongst these artifacts. Nice setting right next to the harbor, although the harbor area itself is nothing to write home about. Also enjoyed the big steel lobster in front of the hotel as you pull out of the museum parking lot!

An assortment of buoys and anchors in a small park behind the Lighthouse museum. With the harbor in the background it makes a pleasant place to wander. It's nearby the boardwalk, so it makes a nice extension. The buoys do look a bit like jungle gyms though, so I would be cautious about bringing small children there.
