On our extended stay in the New England area, we found the Home Front to be the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The innkeepers were delightful and gracious. The breakfast were unbelievably wonderful and served on time with care for each individuals desires. If we are ever in the area again we will stay longer at this place. Gary and Beck

I stayed here 4 nights and felt very much at home. I really love the lovely antique furnishings and the spacious grounds.Beds are very comfy and everything is very clean. Breakfast overlooking the grounds was an event in itself. When you get up in the morning you can smell things being baked fresh. The owners are friendly and very hospitable interesting people. I can hardly wait to go back !

Room Tip: You will love any room you choose. Each one is special.

We stayed at Homeport Inn for two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The friendly, family run inn offered comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast. The owner of the property took time out of his day to show us around the historic home and share some of the finer details of the property. As he spoke of his property you could tell his running of the inn was a labor of love--he truly loves the history of the property and the service part of running such a property. They offered valuable insight in exploring the surrounding areas and went out of their way to ensure our family's comfort while we were their guests.

We just had a lovely night here. Innkeepers couldn't have been more helpful. All rooms clean and bright. Breakfast was your choice and was lovely. Although we didn't need it the innkeeper spent a long time with other couples helping them explore the area. We hope to come back next year.

It was a pleasure to stay two nights in this historic Inn. Our room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and we had a water view from our little deck. Breakfast each morning was delicious (servings were too large for me); everything was made to order. The inn is conveniently located in this beautiful little seaside town. Definitely worth a trip. The Inn's website shows room around $125 a night; we were charged $195, which I thought was a little bit pricey. In spite of the cost, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed in room #6; bring your own pillow, if you're fussy about that kind of thing. It was too hard for my taste.
