We dined here once for lunch and once for dinner. It was pretty good. Great smoothies and salads at lunch. Really enjoyed the crab cake dinner. Make reservations if you want to go for dinner.

We drove past Southwest Harbor today, after a long day out, we stopped here at the bar to have a drink. We were reluctantly served by the sullen barman. I had a soda, he gave me no glass to drink out of, I had to ask! My husband had a beer. Even though it was "happy hour" he was not given the discounted price! We thought of having a meal, but after waiting to be served and treated so indiffirently we paid up and left! Give this bar a skip, Bar Harbor has better facilities and caters more to tourists!! Go here and bring your own glass!

Our meals were wonderful and they were very accommodating to two children who were with us. I had the pita with tuna and just loved it. Another at our table has a hamburger and loved it. The pitas are just loaded with fresh veggies and whatever else you want on it. Like an extra salad! The food tasted healthy and fresh, and the patio is wonderful. My bloody Mary was excellent.

The food was good for a quick bite. Waitstaff wasn't very friendly but we were there later in the afternoon as they were switching to dinner

The name, Eat-A-Pita & Cafe 2 is deceiving. The first time we ate here several years ago, it was actually a fall-back because we couldn't get in to a neighboring restaurant. We were hesitant to try Eat-A-Pita& Cafe 2 because of the name. It sounded too casual and we were looking for something a little more upscale. Wow were we wrong! We have been back many times now, and this year we were drawn back to Eat-A-Pita & Cafe 2 again. Again, we were not disappointed. The service was a little slow, but the food was once again, outstanding! They seem to under staff the wait service a bit but it was not enough to prevent us from coming back. We are fans and will always go back when we are in SWH.
