Food was average, but the beers were below average. We had a very kind waiter, but the place could definitely do with an update... or a location that is not in a strip mall. It seems that it once was a popular hangout, but it's lost some of its magic. The booths were cozy and we had a nice time, but we probably won't go back because it was nothing special.

We have eaten here many times. Typically, the food is well above average, and the service likewise. Not a great parking lot, but worth trying.

I wish I could have rated this higher than average but there are much better places around the Baltimore for seafood. I had the crab dip and cream of crab soup and they were just average and could have used a lot more spices/old bay. My friend ordered the chili and asked for no onions and the server said that was fine. The chili was loaded with onions that made my friend sick within 1/2 hour of leaving.

Very tasty meal - good salad and nice warm rolls to start. Had the Crab Cake dinner and found the cakes to be large, very tasty, nicely prepared and broiled to perfection, accompanied by a good baked potato, and fresh crisp broccoli. Topped off for dessert with a large serving of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Our server was very attentive, pleasant, and served us all well. Pleasant restaurant atmosphere. We had to pass through the bar area on the way to our banquet room and found the area to be packed with patrons enjoying themselves. We enjoyed our meal tonight along with the great service.

We made reservations and they had a table ready for us. The server said that he worked there for 10 years and was very good. My complaints for dropping this to 3 stars was totally the food. My party ordered a crab dip and it looked and tasted like tuna fish. It didn't taste like crab at all. There didn't look like there was any cheese in there. It looked like someone heated up tunafish and some mayo...and put it in a little crock. I had cream of crab soup and it wasn't really good either. It tasted like it was pre-made and then put in a walk in cooler...then only re-heated right before it was served. It was lumpy and rather cool, as opposed to being smooth, creamy, and warm/hot. The shrimp I ordered were very nice sizes and tasted really good. The rest of the table enjoyed their burgers. There was also compliments on the beans and coleslaw. We just couldn't get over the bad tasting crab dishes in the Maryland restaurant.
