We had been biking on the BWI trail and were looking for a restaurant with outside seating. This restaurant popped up on our Google search and we were so happy we chose it. The drive to the restaurant is through a neighborhood, had no idea there would be a restaurant in that location. The outdoor seating was awesome, it overlooks a large creek (seemed more like a lake it was so big). There were palm trees, sand and tables with umbrellas. Their craft beer was delicious, they had tasters offered and we tried several kinds of beers. All were described well by our extremely friendly server. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, and our receipt from 9/3/17 just says 25Court B. Another employee, perhaps a manager or bartender, stopped by our table to talk about the beers. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to about the different varieties. A little later, another employee stopped by and also talked about the beer. My husband brews his own beer, so you can imagine that he loved the conversation! We ordered appetizers, Old Bay Wings (delicious) and Crabby Tots (my favorite! Yum!) The only problem was there wasn't enough celery with the wings and it was pretty brownish. Other than that, everything was great. We were so happy with this visit. A quick walk through of the restaurant, we noticed it was very clean, spacious, and also had extremely clean bathrooms. :) So happy Google found this place for us!

Our party of four went on a Thursday night to catch the tail end of happy hour pricing and enjoy our dinner sitting outside at a picnic table in the sand.

You must drive through a neighborhood to find it nestled amongst private residences. It is a relatively new place, opened only a year ago, and is attractive and casual on the inside and it didn't smell like a pub. The outdoor seating is alongside Furnace Creek which presents a lovely natural water view. There are bistro tables, picnic tables with umbrellas, tables without umbrellas, and Adirondack chairs set up nearest the water to chill with a beer. A note to the wary, the umbrella pole gets in the way of conversation if your group is more than two.

If you are familiar with the Ram's Head brand, you'll know that their beer selection is extensive and reliably good. We started with a few drinks and the crab dip appetizer, the latter was late arriving and nothing special. Not five minutes after the appetizer was delivered, the main meal came. The Rockfish in the flatbread sandwiches were overcooked and apportioned small, so I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the Maryland crab soup came with certain expectations but failed to reach them. We've had many Maryland crab soups, and none of them with Barley (for good reason). Plus it wasn't hot and didn't come with a spoon. The Don Cornycado salads had an ample supply of mixed greens, a sparse amount of shrimps and very small scallops. A dieter's delight!

That sums it up. Two in our group frequent Ram's Head for the Beer Club, and reminded me that you don't go for the food. Now I know why.

My goal in life last weekend was to sit by the water, have a couple drinks and a bite to eat with my husband. Ram Head Dockside certainly delivered! It was our first time going here and we were pleasantly surprised! We sat out back by the water, which was fabulous! Our waitress was pleasant and very helpful with suggestions on both food and drinks. We ended up going with a few appetizers (crab dip, pizza pan nachos w/ chicken and chili and crabby tots (tater tots w/ crab dip on them). All of these came out hot and delicious! I ended up taking the crap dip home and reheating it the next day, and it was just as good! They have a huge array of beer to choose from. My husband tried a honey apple cider from Texas, it was among at least half a dozen options for apple cider that they carry. They have happy hour specials during the week and kids night on Wednesdays. We will definitely be returning!

Fast becoming a favorite on only my 2nd trip and my wife's 1st to Dockside. First the great atmosphere, sitting outside overlooking the creek on a sunny Saturday, we saw many jet skis go by and 2 large boats, one just offshore docking in the creek spending time swimming and enjoying the day on their multiple decks. Two other boats pulled into Dockside, one at the pier and another landed right up onto the sandy palm filled beach. And this is in Glen Burnie ? On to the food which was fantastic. The Rockfish sandwich special was great and so were the fries right down to the last one. My wife's crab cake sandwich was very good, however the house chips were average at best. For dessert, the Key Lime Pie was as good as it gets. A nice crowd about 70 % full, since we have tried on a Saturday evening before to get in and couldn't even find a parking spot anywhere. Very family friendly with a lot of small children and the service (Taylor) couldn't have been any better. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had an awesome time for dinner! It was a Monday night, so it was Lobster night. So gad we got it! It tasted amazing!!

The service was very efficient and the manager even stopped by to check on everything..

They have a happy hour and the drinks were good!

They have a wide variety of beers, wines and drinks!

We did see some young guys throwing back brews and arguing about their tab, but the server and manager handled it with grace..

Will definitely return!!
