Colony Motel is a house that has been turned into a motel. It is $50 a night, which u can't beat. The rooms are somewhat small and there's no flat screen TV or laundry room here. But honestly the prices just can't be beat. There are a lot of people that stay here long term so it is usually quite full. However, if you can get in the price is right and there's no bed bugs or roaches, which is what it worry about the most in motels. Overall you get what you pay for. The management is nice and helpful and the location is quite private. Check it out if your looking for something cheap, it's worth it.
