We had so much fun! I was pleasantly surprised by our two massive balconies facing both the bay and the ocean, loved having the indoor pool/hot tub when it was raining outside, and appreciated the easy access to the beach. We plan to book again next year.More

This was our second time staying at The Carousel and we couldn't be happier. We wanted to try someplace new this year but my kid's loved it so much last year that we decided to stay again. We got to see the ice skating show which my girl's absolutely loved and insisted that we watch it every night we were there. The staff was extremely friendly and personable and were a pleasure to interact with. Lots of things within walking distance. Room was clean and the view of the ocean was awesome. We can't wait to go back next year. If time and money allows, I told my girl's maybe we'll make a trip back there to stay in September after their school placement tests are done to celebrate after a hard week of intense testing. We love the Carousel and definitely recommend it.

I was enchanted when we first got here! The beautiful view, quiet space, and quaint floor are all a huge plus. But, the shine wore off really quick. Non working toaster and dryer. Washer barely works. My mother-in-law had to go down multiple times, almost daily, for basic toiletries- we still haven't gotten anything, and it's day 4/7. Staff is extremely rude to both me and my family. At this point, the only upside would be the great location.

Room was super clean and smelled fresh. Had so many things to do even on rainy days. Rate was excellent during the week. Fantastic location to everything! Tons of parking in garage next to hotel! Definitely booking this again very soon! Thank you for this stay and much needed rest the week after Memorial weekend!

This was our first time staying at this resort. We’ve stayed at several other resorts in the area, though. Carousel has much to offer for families, couples, or friends. It’s convenient location and beach access was our main reason for choosing this property. Despite negative reviews on other sites, we gave it a try and we were glad we did. There are a few minor things that could be better, but I’d still stay here again.

Overall my mom and I were very disappointed in our stay at The Carousel. While the location, beach and beach access were great, the hotel facilities left a lot to be desired (we cannot speak for the condos). Our room was generally in disrepair and had a musty smell. Our tub didn’t drain, the bathroom light did not work, the phone didn’t work, the shower curtain was dirty and many of the electrical outlets in the room were not safe (one was not attached to the wall!!). Overall, the room was very rundown and every price of furniture or fixture was damaged in some way. We did report these issues to the front desk and the staff member told us they would fix them eventually. In our four night stay none of the problems were rectified and the line at guest services was often so long that we didn’t want to spend more vacation time waiting to get another we will come eventually. It is also important to know that the outdoor pool is very small. The indoor pool is much larger but it is very warm. Overall, for what we spent we are very disappointed and will not be returning to any Carousel Group property.
