I have said it once I said it a million times; This hotel is awesome !! I have stayed here many times. It is modern and clean. All the staff are very friendly and have a passion for their jobs. I would like to thank Brooke, Jen and Shabeli for being so nice and making me feel like a VIP. This hotel also has a very nice new manager who appears to have a passion for taking this place from 100% to 200%.

I love this place. Okay, so cleaning is once a week (not really a problem as you can change towels at the front desk) and there's no breakfast, but everything else is fantastic. The staff are friendly, the rooms (including the bathroom) are absolutely huge, and there's a shop available where you can buy anything you need. Rooms have a kitchen so you can cook whenever you don't want to eat out. In terms of price, it's consistently half the price of any other hotel in the Boston area. The MBTA station is a short distance away for easy access to central Boston. There's also a shopping mall (South Shore Plaza) a very short distance away.

The only time I would advise against this hotel is if you don't have a car. If you do though, it's perfect - just remember to book early as this hotel tends to book up for the summer months quite early, and it's easy to see why.

Needed a place to stay when construction delays of a new home left us with no place to go. Located in suburban Boston, this hotel is very close to shopping, dining areas (1-2 miles) and provides easy access to major highway to downtown.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. This hotel is pet friendly with only a nominal fee per day. There are ample areas to 'exercise' your dogs along with appropriate receptacles to discard their refuse (please pick-up after your pets). The room was clean, bright, and seems to have been recently refurbished. There is plenty of work and relaxations space. The kitchenette is well equipped with basic appliances, dishes and cookware. The bedroom has a queen sized bed (which is the largest bed type offered here). The bathroom is well lit. Housekeeping occurs only weekly. If you need additional linens, towels, etc. they are available in the self-serve laundry, which also has a complementary use washer and dryer.

If you feel like cooking-out, there are grills and outdoor seating available for use. Overall, this hotel is a great "different" product when a longer stay is needed.

Room tip: The "larger suites" offer more separation vs. the standard "studio" offering.

OK for cost...ac like a freight train so rough sleeping. convenient for what we needed. tried to give us a smoking room altho we reserved non smoking. however front desk took care of very quickly and pleasantly.

I stayed here four years ago, and rooms have improved nicely. Friendly check-in with Jessica, but the process was slow due to non-cooperating computers. Assigned room did not take into consideration the requests included in my reservation, IHG reward status was not considered either. Jessica fixed that. Room was upgraded with modern design, nice kitchenette, flat screen TV and DVD player. The pantry was under stocked, short on soft drinks and breakfast items. Yesterday's newspaper was available, not today's (at 8 am). I think I try the Hyatt Place next time.
