Our 30th anniversary and we wanted to try some place new to us. Very convenient to find and park. Tom was our waiter and he was excellent. All courses were perfectly timed and we never felt rushed. Wait staff was so friendly even when they were not assigned to our table. The calamari was tender and fresh. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the ravioli and lobster was rich and flavorful (not thick and pasty). We were too stuffed for dessert but ordered it anyway and we were both glad we did. We will certainly be back!

With all 3 of us traveling from different towns, Allora was a convenient spot to meet right off Route 495. We had a drink at the bar prior to dinner, then took a lovely table in the dining room with Kristen as our server. Having read reviews, I had simple expectations. We spilt 2 salads which were fresh, tasty & dressed perfectly. The focaccia was delicious coming with a cheesy herb oil. We took advantage of the menu selection variety & each ordered something different (seafood risotto, house favorite pasta, osso bucco). Each dish was a generous portion of very hot food that was beautifully prepared & delicious. What good is a generous portion if the food is subpar, am I right? Not the case here, I was impressed. No room for dessert, we just enjoyed the rest of the bottle of wine without being rushed whatsoever. Kristen was very lovely & an attentive server. We usually meet up at restaurants in Concord but think we'll be back to Allora soon.

A couple personal opinion suggestions.....a section of the bar was reserved for a private party that evening but at least 3 individual diners attempted to sit there before being very politely told by the bartender that those seats were unavailable. Why not simply put a reserved sign so the first impression made on a guest is not a negative one? Also, ditch the lobster tank in the dark hallway leading to the restaurant entrance. It's dated & dirty. Perhaps brighten up that corner with a seasonal display or regional Italian artifacts? I think it would appear more welcoming & give a nicer first impression on the guests.

Beautiful outdoor patio, a great warm evening...only ruined by slow service. We waited for a half an hour for drinks...waiter blamed the bar tender. Entrees took even longer. We had to track someone down to find out what was happening. Food was ok, nothing special.

The food presentation was very nice. A little pricey. Service was great. We had been there forty years before under a different name.

Stopped here for lunch. Enjoyed the atmosphere inside and out on the patio. Nice menu selections. Our waiter Donald was very nice. I had the Cobb salad with chicken. The chicken was beautifully cooked and very juicy. The dressings appeared to be made from scratch and they were very good. We enjoyed our meal.
