Went to take a burrito to go. The carnitas are very tender, guacamole is fresh and all of the ingredients are well displayed so it makes it easy for the customer to customize their burrito.

Price: Under $10 per meal

Recommendation: Carnitas, Guacamole, Salsa, Rice, Black Beans and Cilantro Burrito

I was very keen on this place for the first few years but eventually tired of it. Quite reliable but not overly flavorful.

Simply the best burritos in town. Love the fried plantains as well. Great staff, superb food. A must stop experience for inexpensive but delicious Mexican food.

We dined here on a weekday night about 50 minutes before closing. In my opinion, it is great for takeout, although has a small dining area. When we went into the restaurant, I thought that they had already closed, because the dining area was being mopped and the the staff had turned most of the chairs upside down on the tables. We did not feel welcome. However, there was a short line of individuals who had placed orders, so we stayed. The food is very inexpensive, similar to Mexican chain restaurants, but I thought that the food was quite good. The fish tacos were OK; the salad component was cold, and the fish was lukewarm, but I have never eaten a fish taco anywhere that was hot or quite warm, so this was par for the course. We also had a portobello mushroom and cheese quesadilla which was fabulous, and an excellent chicken burrito. For fine dining, this is not the place. For a southwestern restaurant with quick service, we will definitely return, but not after 9 pm, because they seem to close up too early.

Stopped here for the first time the other day and was favorably impressed. The chipotle chicken burrito was not quite as spicy as I expected, but still tasted pretty good. Watching them assemble your burrito is half the fun; they have found just the right flick of the wrist to evenly spread sour cream or guacamole the length of the burrito.
