Second time stay in these hotel for 3d2n. Overall is good but the door keycard got problem. Every time need to walk up and down to update keycard. TV channel was bad. No sound proof, quite noisy when there are others talking outside..wifi speed is good.. it is value for money and good location which is near to Legoland by 15mins drive.

This shoplot/hotel are beautifully decorated, the room is basic but clean, small but sufficient. The only complain is the sound proof. We can even hear footstep passing by our room. The partition does not have any sound proof and also the noise from outdoor (car noise and people chatting) can be heard clearly. We do not have any rest at all. Highlighted to receptionist. the only response is, oh too bad.

Staying 2 nights in family room with family that consist 3 young kids age 6 to 10 years old while visit Legoland. Distance between D Elegance and Legoland around 15 min drive. The room was spacious- 2 double bed, working table and ample space to put luggage. The bed is comforts and had standard room amenities. The downside of this room is the room's corner is dusty and not so clean. The bathroom is ok but the bathroom accessories like towel rack install so high and the water host rest is misplace (cant hold the host and it keep drop down). The good part is there is a rain shower. Customer service is friendly and hassle free check in/out. There is one water dispenser (Coway) near the lobby lift and it convenient for us to get free water refill.
Location is great near convenient store, plenty of food store, bank, etc with walking distance. Hotel parking space ( free parking ) is limited and it just located in front of the hotel with 24 hours security patrolling. There is still lots of parking bay near the hotel but its required pay parking ticket ( its only free during Friday and Saturday only)
Overall the place is convenient and strategic. With the price we paid, its consider very good and affordable.

Stayed with family in family room for one night. Decent and spacious room with many eateries nearby and within walking distance. Friendly staff. Only not so good is limited hotel parking. Parking in public bays may risk summons by town council officers and require constant monitoring of time expiry.

Instead of spending average RM230 for hotel in Singapore, chose this affordable night stay for RM77 (for Queen bed) since it’s close to less crowded Singapore border compared to Woodlands. The room is decent to me - spacious with ample areas to put luggage bags and working table to place laptop. Though the bathroom is not as squeaky new with misplaced water hose rests and some outdated not-so-clean corners, but it’s not so bad considering the overall bathrooms are equipped with rain shower (with some noise when water heater is on), amenities and spacious hangers on doors and wall. Hotel close to 24hr MyNews is a good plus for midnight and day bites.
