This is a longtime locally owned Pizza cafe. It is one of the few coal driven pizza oven restaurants in the country. Open for pizza Thursday thru Sunday only. These pizzas are in the oven for only a few minutes because of the heat, but its enough time to make one of the best that you will ever have. The pepperoni is spicy, the sausage is thin sliced, hot peppers and mushrooms are favorites. Order a Special with or without Anchovies or you can also have a cheesemelt, which is without red sauce and just the Munster cheese that is unique. Make sure to have a drink or 2 while you wait for your pizza.
