My friend and I stayed here for one night last week en route to a retreat, and we both wished we could've stayed longer. Kathy is such a warm, welcoming hostess, and made us feel more like family she hadn't seen in a long time. The house is just beautiful, our room was very comfortable, and the welcome was enhanced by the fresh flowers Kathy had placed throughout. As others have mentioned, we were invited to snack on fresh baked cookie brittle, with coffee, tea and waters available anytime. I couldn't stop eating the homemade blueberry pancakes at breakfast -- the best I've ever eaten! It's a good thing the house is walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Plymouth, including antiquing, the harbor and the historic site of Burial Hill. I can't wait to go back!

We stayed one night at this beautiful bed and breakfast on our way to a wedding in Newport, and would have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed. The house was lovely. The warmth and graciousness of Kathy and Dennis made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect for walking around Plymouth. We would stay there again and we highly recommend it to others .

Kathy and Dennis are the one factor no one else can duplicate in creating a perfect stay. They treat you as though you are their very best friend. As you enter, you are warmly greeted and offered coffee, tea, cider, or hot chocolate along with a freshly home baked goodie. This hospitality continues daily. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and delightfully decorated. The bedding was luxurious and the bathroom linens plush. A large sitting room is available with a large screen TV if you don't want to miss your favorite sporting event. Kathy checked daily to be sure our needs were met. Our breakfasts were scrumpious with warm pumpkin pancakes one morning and fruit covered french toast the next. You can not find a better place to stay.

Such a comfortable, quite, quaint, friendly, B & B. If I could think of more positive adjectives, I will add them. My stay at the Jesse Harlow House was exactly what I needed for the weekend. Time for myself to relax away from the busy world of work and social life. Kathy is the perfect hostess and her breakfasts and special little treats during the day made the stay just perfect.

A stay at this wonderfully historic B & B is all that you could ask for. Tastefully decorated rooms, privacy, and gourmet-like breakfasts are in store for guests. Kathy and Dennis make an extreme effort to make guests feel both welcome, comfortable and "at home". When we first arrived Kathy showed us around and emphasized that we were encouraged to "help ourselves" to drinks and home baked treats throughout the day. Her recommendations for sights to see and places to dine were most helpful. An easy walk for all that Plymouth has to offer along with gracious hosts makes the Jesse Harlow House and ideal place to stay.
