Took my mom here for a mini getaway - Sandy is SO very warm and friendly and she makes the most DELISH breakfast casserole or hot homemade waffles with fresh fruit compote.... She even made up a great room on the ground floor and turned a king suite into 2 twins just for us for the trip. We visited cranberry bogs, the Plymouth Plantation, antique stores AN absolutely beautiful weekend, couldn't have been more perfect.

Room Tip: Ask for the ground floor king suite if you don't like stairs. The Jacuzzi suite would make a gr...

My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying at Sandy's bed and breakfast last weekend while we were in town for one of my friends wedding, and we had an lovely stay. From our room you could see the water with an amazing view. The first day there was this beautiful rainbow stretching far into the distance! The bed was super comfortable. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Sandy is just lovely - super helpful, kind, and genuine. It's the type of bed and breakfast that each morning brought together such an amazing group of people with lovely conversation and supportive encouragement for each of our individual ventures. Sandy even helped me make a business contact. Couldn't say enough nice things about this B&B. Oh, I forgot - the location is wonderful. Two miles to town, but so close to this beautiful beach, more like a point, with water on both sides stretching out for miles. We went on a walk in the morning and it was gorgeous! Hope this helps! - Ky & Nacho

We spent an evening at Above the Bay at Thornton Adams Bed and Breakfast. The bedroom had views overlooking the harbor. The home is tastefully adorned with antiques and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable with very soft high-count sheets and plump pillows. Very clean and bright rooms. Breakfast was elegant and delicious. Sandy helped get us acquainted with the area with maps and suggestions for dinner. She was an excellent hostess. We would highly recommend. Peter & Marlene N.

Room Tip: Harbor view.

As we learned this weekend, there's a lot more to Plymouth than just "the Rock". And after two busy days of site seeing that involved a lot of walking, Thornton Adams was a great place to kick back and relax. Sandy is a wonderful host. We were fortunate to share a great breakfast and pleasant conversation with her and the other guests. It's very convenient to downtown Plymouth and yet just far enough away (maybe a mile?) that it's easy to relax in the peace and quiet of the back patio. It's also very close to White Horse Beach and Manomet Point, both of which are worth the few minutes to get there.

Stayed at TAH while visiting our daughter and grandson in nearby Pembroke. We stay at B&Bs all over the country, TAH is an excellent B&B. Very nice accommodations, delicious breakfasts, hostess Sandy makes you feel like one of the family vs just a guest. Very convenient to all the touristy stuff in Plymouth. Highly recommend TAH.
