The room was very comfortable and clean. The only concern was the pool ladder was broken and the pool area could use some sprucing up. As I mentioned we had been staying at All Seasons for well over 20 years.

Clean resort. Great breakfast. Pool area one of the nicest on the cape. Need to purchase larger towels for the pool.
Reservation staff needs more education regarding your promotions. They had no clue how the promotions worked and we had to explain them to the clerk.

We have stayed at the All Seasons for many years, before it was the Clarion, and this is the first time since it went back to the All Seasons. My wife & I both agreed, it was a much cleaner & had a better staff when it was the All Seasons before changing to the Clarion, and also when it was the Clarion. As far as we are concerned it's an average Hotel at best, the floor by the back slider to the balcony of our room was rotted right through under the rug, left early morning and came back & found the maid picked up the dirty towels, but never made the bed, or cleaned the room, & this was 1;00 P.M., I had to go and ask her down the hall when she planned on finishing our room, she then went & took care of it, appeared very lazy as did most of the staff which we found was very limited. Overall condition of the room needed a good painting, and the back sliding door did not open very smooth. In ending, we will not be staying here again unless we here that it is under new ownership or Management, there are a lot more places in Hyannis, and Yarmouth for the same price or better. Very Disappointed!

We are aware that as new owners we have had some growing pains and need to meet expectations better. We have some renovations scheduled for the winter that will bring the rooms to higher standard.

As we have learned more about the need of this hotel and its guests we also see that we need to restaff, retrain and have higher expectations of our housekeeping staff. This change would include a stronger management team.

Your feedback is essential to our success and I thank you for taking the time share.

We do hope you will stop in in 2018 and see what changes we have made.

We have been staying at All Seasons or whatever it has been called, for years. We stay with several couples staying in the exact same rroms. We really enjoy our stay using the pool and hot tub. We like All Seasons because of its location, close to golf courses and testaurants.

Two bight in a superior handicapped room. Bath huge with a floor level shower. Very nice for one in a wheelchair.
Room fairly spacious, but could have used another 10 inches more all around. Interesting that the patio furniture was stored in the room next to the HVAC unit. Bed comfortable and at the right height. Sheets ironed! Breakfast was very good. 3 choices of cereal (could have used one without sugar ie, corn flakes etc), had choices of English muffins, other muffins, 2 type of bread for toasting, 3 kinds of juice including peach, and Belgian do it yourself waffle. Great selections. Only down sides: the entry door lock did not latch and the room door did not close properly-had to be pulled shut to lock. Staff helpful and friendly. Computer area on first floor was good.
