Spent a Wed - Sun there and the suite room with kitchen was nice and big. Room was dated and needs some fixing - bathroom door latch would not engage (hasp was in the wrong spot) and there was a tree outside the window that scrapped against the window at night making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was ok and well stocked, appreciated the TAZO tea. The evening bartender was great and so were the small plates. Front desk was good. It is a drive to get into Boston, but it is less hectic here.

Room Tip: if you want the full kitchen in your room, this is the place. 3rd floor is very quiet

Dear Tom U,

Thank you for your kind words and feedback. I will use your feedback to eliminate the issues that you spoke of with the door and the branches against the window. I am glad that you enjoyed your interaction with the staff.

Very nice short-stay type hotel with minimal amenities but surrounding area has all the quality restaurants/grilles/bars and shopping facilities to keep you entertained and satisfied about your stay. Not far from Bentley University a plus. Hotel is well located off I-95 behind the Westin.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 BR suite October 2017

The building is a little "tired"...our room had the smoke detector in main living area MISSING and the one in Suite B was hanging by wires.
The bathrooms were not really that clean - hair found on floor, spot on toilet seat I wiped off.
I also had to have my bedspread changed as there were TWO different hairs - the spreads are white so it was seen easily. I also thought the area by the vanity wasn't vacuumed when I arrived.

Our room - 313 - was SOOOOO far from the elevators which was challenging with heavy luggage - they told us there were no other options and the back elevator/access was being repaired.

With that said - the rooms are Large, the bartender and breakfast staff were wonderful as were the front desk people!

Room Tip: Ask for something closer to elevators or you'll walk FAR!

Dear travelin5,

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I apologize that you found some things in regards to your stay not up to standard. We take these surveys seriously and will use your feedback to improve our processes so that others do not encounter similar issues. Our renovations in the back of the building are now complete so there is easier access in the rear of the building. Thanks again for the feedback.

If you don't want to pay Westin prices try this place up the street and get huge room (double king suite w 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and living room) for less, and walk down for a drink at the Westin bar!

Quality of rooms is high....not Westin-soft obviously. Free breakfast is great in quantity and good on quality. Can be busy if you hit it at the wrong time, apparently.

This is a great hotel. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. The bar was well serviced by Eric, great guy. The only downside is its location for sightseeing and lack of room service but overall a very very good choice!
