My family loves to travel. And being a big family of 6 (kids Ages 2, 5,9 and 12), I needed a room just enough for us. This place is just right for us with their mini-pantry area and separate living room with sofa on it was a "best" value for money to us. The swimming pool was a plus thing as well. I should rate it Five But I believe I have to lower it to Four because of its confusing breakfast schedule. Staff are fine and courteous.

The room layout and hotel location were nice, but it was rundown and felt like a hotel in a lower price range - not a Hyatt - so we were disappointed. It was near shopping and restaurants and not too far from the highway, though, which was nice. Basically, the only issue was that the price was much too high, relative to the quality of the accommodations.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are here for nearby medical reasons, or if you have low vision and/or mobility issues. Also good for families or anyone staying for an extended period of time. There is a free shuttle bus service to take you to medical, business, food/shopping needs around Waltham.

They don't have walk in showers but do have rooms for wheelchair accessibility, with low tubs and lots of grab bars.

All or some rooms are suites with cooking facilities - with full size fridge, dishwasher and either full size stove or two top burners.

Also available are: self serve laundry, free computer use and a great fitness room.

Carl and Karen do a great job of providing shuttle bus service.

I found the place very clean. Yes this run by the Hyatt chain. The building is older but there has been a lot of renovations. It's very adequate, but don't expect the Ritz Carlton as you not paying Ritz prices.

It can be difficult to find a place that can affordably and comfortably fit 5 people: 2 parents and 3 adult children. This worked well: we had the 2 bedroom suite with a king sized bed in each bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the main room. Having 2 bedrooms and the kitchenette was an added bonus over places that were similarly priced but had had one bedroom with 2 beds.

The room was a little worn. Bathrooms could be updated. Toiletries provided were basic and nothing special.

Breakfast was OK. I found the prepared foods to be of OK quality. The oatmeal was on the cold side of warm so avoided it after the first day. Made to order omelettes were nice because the prepared eggs were rubbery. On one busy morning it took about 20 minutes to get the omelette made. It was also very cold to sit near any of the windows (it was very cold outside) and difficult to find spots anywhere else.

I rated sleep quality as low because you could hear everything outside pretty easily...the bed was OK.

In the check-in there were no one to help you with my luggage. The rooms are not clean, the housekeeping just couldn’t clean everything. The staff avoids looking at you. They don’t help you at all. I’m slrry. I love Hyatt. I’m very loyal to them. But this one disappointed.
