Very friendly staff. Fine collection of 19th and early 20th century machines, vehicles and tools, exhibited in a wonderful 19th century waterpower factory. Provides a good overview of the industrialization process in Waltham. The museum is small, slightly expensive for its size ($10), but the industrial objects and the factory are beautiful.

What a cool place. We were guests at a wedding there and it was fascinating. We can't wait to go back and explore more carefully soon.

I attend the N.EA.M.E.S. show at the Charles River Museum every February and the combination of seeing innovative working models of the members along with the museum displays is an unbeatable combination, particularly if you want to give children a break from their smart phone games.
