Came on a Friday night around 6:30 and was told a 45 minute wait (understandable) for a table, but the bar has full menu dining as well. After about 25 minutes a couple of bar seats opened and we ordered.

Handmade sausage (hot) was delicious. Could definitely taste it was homemade and the grilled bread with it was amazing. Would have wanted some marinara to dip it in though.

Crispy prosciutto pizza was eh. The menu described it as the Margherita pizza with prosciutto, but it was definitely not. It is full of heavy cheese and way too thick prosciutto (almost ham like). While the dough was some of the best pizza dough I've ever had, the middle was very soggy and wet.

The creme puff dessert was very good, too! Highly recommend.

It was just good pizza, didn't blow us away as expected, but the app and dessert were worth the wait! Don't come here without a reservation unless you want to wait over an hour.

It's not the most comfortable place to sit, but the menu is varied and the food tastes good. Arancini, arugula salad, side vegetables, veal chop, lamb chops and veal parm. were all good. The sausage and pepper pizza was disappointing - dominated by sour tasting peppers. Everything was redeemed by the excellent Nutella pizza - you have to try it! Be sure to share - you can't eat too much of it.

This restaurant does not deliver - however it is worth the trip to either pickup or eat inside. Only tired the Pizza - it was awesome. Fixed pizza menu - small ability to change the ingredients - however great choices. The area where the restaurant is located in under revitalization - with multiple other restaurants. Service was awesome - will come back for sure. Did not try any of the other dishes

Four of us had dinner on a Saturday evening. We all liked our food: shrimp and scallop tagliatelli and grilled mahi mahi with risotto and asparagus. We each had a beer and the crispy bread was also very good. The noise level was very high and we found it hard to hear the people across the table from us. Our share (half) of the bill with tip was about $80.

We have dined at Charcoal Guido's many, many times since it opened it's doors a few years ago! We have always had excellent meals, the pasta is authentic and clearly homemade. The gnocchi's are homemade and so light. Guido's has the best tomato sauce, full of basil and flavor. We can not go to Guido's without having the Fish Soup as an appetizer (although it's actually an entree). Then to the fresh pasta. No meal at Guido's is complete without a follow up with the AMAZING NUTELLA PIZZA! Our Waiter Mario is a doll, he treats us like family.
