We stayed because we brought our child to a specialist at the U of M clinic there. We were cold all night because the thermostat wasn’t working. The front desk gal told me she can’t figure them out either. The bathroom floor was dirty and when entering and exiting we had to walk thru a cloud of cigarette smoke from employees smoking right by the door.

Found dirty underwear in the bathroom and dried toothpaste on the sink counter. Asked desk to come clean and they said no. They wanted us to switch rooms instead. Asked them to clean the next morning and they never came. Room smelled a little weird too.
Everything we experienced was great and the place was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was good also. The staff members were very nice and made sure our stay was as good as possible. I would Recommend to anyone and will be staying there again
Really enjoyed my stay. Was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful upgrade to a great room and there was even four cookies left at 10:45 for me and my friends. I just don’t know how to get those darn heaters to really do what I want them to do
We stayed here for the first time visiting our son and his family who just moved here.. A nice Hampton Inn!
A HUGE shout out to Sara in the kitchen! The hot breakfast was the best of all the Hampton Inns we've stayed in over the years. Oatmeal was outstanding! Sara was right on it keeping everything fresh. So refreshing to see.
The hotel looks like it was been recently renovated so the rooms were very nice.
We'll be staying here a lot in the future whenever we're in town visiting.
What an amazing experience - this hotel hosted about 50+ wedding guest. They provided a clean and friendly atmosphere. We had a meeting room that hosted guest in between venues and an amazing staff who greeted everyone.
