We stayed in the room with the big bath tub and it trickled cold water for about 45 minutes without getting warmer before we decided to give up and ask for a new room. Called to the service desk to ask if there was anything they could do. They said they would check the water temperature and if they couldn’t get it fixed they would call us back and get us a new room. They never fixed the problem and never called us back.

We stayed because we brought our child to a specialist at the U of M clinic there. We were cold all night because the thermostat wasn’t working. The front desk gal told me she can’t figure them out either. The bathroom floor was dirty and when entering and exiting we had to walk thru a cloud of cigarette smoke from employees smoking right by the door.

Found dirty underwear in the bathroom and dried toothpaste on the sink counter. Asked desk to come clean and they said no. They wanted us to switch rooms instead. Asked them to clean the next morning and they never came. Room smelled a little weird too.
