I booked here due to the pool. The website listed the fact that there was a pool on site in multiple places and pictures. When I arrived, I was told the pool has been out of order for A YEAR!!
When I asked if I could cancel my reservation, I was told I would not get my money refunded.
This hotel is easily accessible from the expressway. All staff members were friendly and helpful - especially Debbie in the dining area. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel! The rooms were pristine. The front desk staff were ver6 friendly and very helpful recommending local dining spots. The location is excellent and easy to find. Definitely will stay there again!
We had a problem with the bathroom cleanliness but that was resolved as soon as we notified the front desk. Their breakfast was very nice. Everything was clean and well kept in that area. The parking lot was a bit hard to navigate, on foot, due to all the snow, but that was beyond their control.
We stayed in the room with the big bath tub and it trickled cold water for about 45 minutes without getting warmer before we decided to give up and ask for a new room. Called to the service desk to ask if there was anything they could do. They said they would check the water temperature and if they couldn’t get it fixed they would call us back and get us a new room. They never fixed the problem and never called us back.
