We have gone here for several years as it’s the only Wyndham in the area. We have tried to upgrade several times and are always told they are full. It’s funny that I went and tried to book a new reservation for days we were staying and imagine that, I was able to book an upgraded room. We are Diamond members and that is a perk of being that level. Hotel needs some serious remodeling. They have been working on the closed pool for probably a year. I am thinking they may finally gotten new mattress as this time they were not bad. Bathroom needs remodel, needs to have basic maintenance to door, some trim. Big thing p, this last time was I was in room and husband went to get ice, I heard door open after he just left, and I thought he forgot something then door closed. I got up as I thought maybe he had hands full and when I opened door there was no one there except the guy going in the room next to me. I asked him if he just came in my room and he said no, that guy did, pointing to a guy walking down hall. Told hubby when he came back and he went to desk and told clerk. Clerk had given the guy our room so he got a key and then our keys were deactivated. All the clerk said...We have gone here for several years as it’s the only Wyndham in the area. Clerk had given the guy our room so he got a key and then our keys were deactivated. All the clerk said was sorry. The next two days we had key problems and had to go to desk and clerk said , oh keys are deactivated everyday. Now why would you do that when we clearly had a reservation for 4 days. We spoke with manager next day and he was going to look into our complaints and get back to us. Guess what, have not heard anything and we’ve been checked out for over a week. The good is they are back to having a nice breakfast again and again the beds were not bad this time.More
