Amazing service! We had a large group and they kept the tapas coming. We had a variety of cold first then hot. My favorites were the grilled eggplant with honey, the bacon wrapped almond stuffed dates, shrimp, calamari, and the steak with the blue cheese dipping sauce. The salads were delicious too. I would pass on the large sardines I felt I needed directions on how to eat with out getting the bones) and the octopus was just ok. I'd love to go back and repeat a few items and try a few more.

Full bar with happy hour specials, great wine selection and Sangria is good. If you work in midtown you can get a discount with your work ID.

I suggest they hand out more plates with new dishes so flavores don't get so mixed up.

Went to lunch with some friends visiting from Valencia. Decided to try it. Excellent food. And my friends agreed it was very close to home. Definitely be back.

Visited with a small group (8) on Saturday Evening ( 730 pm ). Celebrating a birthday.

La Feria was chosen on the recommendation of a well known, successful chef / restauranteur from Toronto. One of the attendees is a friend of the chef and, on hearing she was returning home to Windsor/Detroit, recommended La Feria.

Located in Midtown on Cass, La Feria is a 'smallish' sized place with an outdoor patio. Can easily accommodate groups but you may need to wait a bit ( 30 min +/- ). While waiting you are more than welcome to sit at the bar. You can also eat at the bar if you are flexible with seating arrangements.

Service staff is friendly and professional.

Food is excellent! With exception of the roasted potatoes which were 'ok', all dishes were very very good. Serving size lends itself to ordering multiple items and sharing. Creative.

Will return to this place in the coming weeks ... if only to have a glass of sangria, a quick bite, and take in a bit of sun on the patio.

Recommend.

The atmosphere is very pleasing. We were there when it was very busy and sat at the bar. The tapas and sangria are a must! The staff was friendly. This place was recommended to us by a local. They certainly steered us to a great find!

This restaurant was recommended by a salesperson at the nearby Shinola shop. We were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and had wine and an appetizer. The perfect way to end a long day of touring Detroit!
