The food her is not what you expect when you hear "Bowling Alley." They are 2 separate entities and both are wonderful. Alley's Diner (Get it?) has top notch food and a selection that serves whatever you're looking for in a meal. You can eat in the bar, on the side at a low top or high top or there's an adjacent room for a more quiet and sometimes private meal. The central location is awesome and you're about a mile from the beach. The nachos will blow you away as they're served on a large pizza tin and piled high with fresh ingredients. The ahi tuna is my favorite and understand on Monday nights, year round they have 1/2 off apps. It's great to get in out of the sun for a spell in the summer or if the weather's not playing nice a great place to duck the rain. Open year round, too which is a rarity at times n these parts.

We arrived late into Douglas and went straight to Alleys. Perfect hospitality. Our cosmos were on the table in no time and my tuna ahai was to die for. Yes, this is a bowling alley serving smart cocktails and sophisticated foods. Highly recommended.

Husband and I were in town for a wedding reception and needed a nice breakfast before making a long drive home. We sat out on the deck, had a great meal and coffee and enjoyed soaking up a little (but not too much) sun. Food was very good and it was a great value too. Service was also lovely.

Surprised to find this is in a bowling alley, but still nice décor, excellent service, and good food. Great for a burger and fries, surprisingly good and well served. My hubby had some kind of combo burger I can't find on the on-line menu that included pulled pork - he said it was very good. So, reasonably priced, regular, well prepared fare and excellent service. Everyone that was at the bar was having a great time, seemed local and were friendly. Welcoming and willing to do what it takes. Best service we encountered the entire trip!!

The smell of old grease was overwhelming and made the fries taste old and greasy. the sandwhich was good (Patty Melt), and the service was prompt and friendly.
