Nice breakfast of huevro arancheros and salmon and eggs on a biscuit, both yummy. Prices a bit high, good service and nice atmosphere.

Friendly service- unique options and regular everyday selections. off the beaten path of downtown -very charming- wonderful homemade selections. loved the jam- I got the signature dish, took a chance I don't vary much- but it was worth it, On top of a biscuit their homemade onion jam sounds weird but really good with egg was so good.

Always I can say is wow. The biscuits and gravy was excellent. The French toast with the cranberries and raisins was excellent as well. It a must if you are ever in Holland, MI.

Love it every time we eat at the Biscuit. Friendly place, great food! Not too loud, but you might have to wait for a table. The wait is worth it.

If you are looking for a little cafe to have coffee with a dear friend, a meal with someone special, or hold a quick meeting - head over to The Biscuit. Located in a "strip" of stores, this converted shop has a color, decor, artistic theme that is charming and calming at the same time. Their menu is one that you will eventually want to try each item it. The service was excellent, they made you feel like you were their only customer, and the place was packed! I would suggest this ins't the place for kids, unless the kids are well behaved. The clients were from college professors, to businesspeople, to ladies who lunch, and couples. The food was excellent. The menu prices are on the high side, but the upscale menu and farm to table is worth it. It is well worth the trip to Washington Square - and support local businesses!
