we were displace from our home for 30 days moved in to this hotel and was very surprised at how friendly the staff was and how helpful all were. the room was very clean and with a full kitchen which was well equip.
They have a out door pool with a hot tub, a basketball court and outdoor eating area with a gas grill for your use. the morning there starts with a great hot breakfast and coffee.

Stayed here with family during an WMU graduation. Rooms are very spacious n kept up nice. Great for a group to gather. Staff very friendly n helpful. Pool is small but nice. Complimentary breakfast was good with something for everyone. Just 10 minutes from DT Kalamazoo n breweries though there is one within a 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay with a group. Room for 6 with full kitchen. The only problem was the sofa bed was more for one person than 2, or for children. Good hot breakfast! Not too far from downtown Kalamazoo. Outdoor pool and hottub with picnic benches and a grill

All the staff was great. Especially Geri at the front desk. She went completely out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Rooms were nice, dog friendly. My daughter left before us and left a dress behind. The staff had already turned it in and asked if had picked it up. They wanted to make sure she got her dress back!

We stayed for two nights while in the area. The hotel was very easy to find and in a nice area not far from all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the room was large and clean. There was a full kitchen and a very large tv with lots of channels. Breakfast was free and adequate. We parked right at our door and picked a ground level room as there are no elevators. Our room was handicapped equipped with no steeps and wide doors. You could wheel your wheelchair right into the shower. Had a great time.
