This is by far the best quality hotel for the price I have stayed at in years! The hotel staff are the friendliest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever met. The facility is spotless from the front lobby to the guest room bathroom. The room was awesome and the cleanest room I think I have had at a hotel.
The breakfast is more then what you would expect for a free hotel breakfast.
The hotel does not have a elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage you might want to reserve a first floor room.

Room Tip: Try the free breakfast. It is good!

First of all, the staff is amazing. Laurie, Hanna, and the rest of the staff are tremendously helpful, polite, and go above and beyond the call to meet professional standards while providing excellent customer service.
Our room was 205, and it was perfect. Tons of extra space and it was clean. All the hot water and water pressure you could ask for in the shower. The bed was just right, not too soft or too firm.
The breakfast room/eating area was clean, and well stocked. The pool area and hot tub was clean and in great working order.
A few words of warning however, the heater works well in the room, but don't move it past the halfway point on the temp control, or it will heat you right out of the room.
Also, read the fine print. If you use a DEBIT card (even if it has a name brand like Visa or Mastercard on it) they will "hold" an extra $50 on your account in case of damages.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd floor are quieter-don't stay near the stairwells.

The hotel is very clean. The room I stayed in appeared to have been remodeled with the best in class. There was a walk in shower, no door, but was enclosed with a glass wall. Great for a handicapper person. New granite top sinks. The flat screen was large and had any cable channels to choose from. We were directly across from the hot tub and pool. The pool deck was very clean and free from litter. This hotel provided comfort not juts in its name. The best sleep I have had in days with an extremely comfortable mattress and pillows.

The breakfast bar is better than some other hotels. Again, a clean eating area. The "cook" was constantly checking on the food and refilling it.

The staff was very personable and all really seemed like they loved their job. Smiles and happiness abounded.

The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. It is less than 15 minutes from the Gun Lake Casino via US131.

This was my 2nd stay here. When in the area I will definitely return.

We stayed here because of the pool and hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub were well maintained with plenty of towels. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was typical and was adequate.

I have driven by this place for years and thought it would be just another mediocre Comfort Inn.
Wrong! It is all there. Everything you could ask for including shaving cream! I could rattle off all of the positives as there are a bunch. Instead, I will be critical of the only item I could find issue about. Brace yourself.
There was no place close to the desk to plug in chargers, etc;! That's as nit picky as I can get. Check the amenities. Accept my word for the quiet, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the accomodating service and smiles. I was dazzled and will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Book ahead and be sure to use a discount rate. aarp, senior, aaa, etc;
