Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview
Ranked #24 of 32 Hotels in Duluth
Reviewed 28 June 2017

The hotel is centrally located and nicely updated for a 1970s hotel. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The driver " Scott" is amazing and every hotel should have a guy like him on staff. The restaurant upstairs is amazing. The room rotates so you get an amazing view while you eat. The only real issue was housekeeping. We asked over and over for our bathroom to be cleaned properly and they just couldn't get it done.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for the harbor view

Overall the room was large, clean, updated and comfortable. Elevators suck, they are too small and take way too long to arrive and jump on every floor during your ride. Staff are nice and accommodating. Overall good place to stay.

Wow - we must have went on the wrong weekend. We have kids but this place was over ruled with kids when we went there. Total chaos everywhere to a point where you could not even go in the pool because kids were so out of control, let alone see the bottom of the pool - ! Hotel staff seemed oblivious to the rowdiness. Not enough towels in our room (4 people, 3 towels every night we stayed there) and it just seem not clean.
