We arrived at 5pm on a Friday and were seated right away. We had tried later on another evening and the wait was 30-45 min. So, go early. They have a good selection of beer and specialty drinks. Sadly, they were out of ginger beer this particular evening so I couldn't order a Moscow Mule. The cheese curds are great - lighter and tasty. I also enjoyed the beer cheese soup, but a bowl was too much. We all liked our meals. The server was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on a side street.

This is a great place to get a beer in the bar. The food is great! It's super busy and they don't take reservations. It's worth the wait though!

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after reading other reviews and are glad we did! The cheese curds are a must have and we told numerous friends about them already. We both had burgers and the unique sauces and toppings were perfect. Great job we can't wait to come back again soon!

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat in Minneapolis and the Red Cow was recommended by the staff at our hotel. It was a Friday evening, but the wait was reasonable, about 20 minutes for a table for two, and free cheese curds were given while we were waiting. These were great. We ordered a tomato and asparagus flat bread for a starter. This was really good. We opted for the grilled cheese sandwich and the tomato soup for a main dish, This is comfort food at its best. The sandwich had three cheeses and the soup was nice and hot. This is a great place for friends and family to get together .

Been a couple of times, cheese curds, are cheesy pillows, tuna crisps awesome, they have a great happy hour for 1/2 price aps. My favorite item on the menu is the ultimate burger, had several others on menu, but always ome back to this item....do not order a long Island ice tea worst drink I ever had
