Seeking the elusive Korean Flank Steak Pizza, we arrived in the early evening and availed ourselves of a few pints of Steel Toe #7. The refreshing beverage proved a strong contender for flavor-boss over our taste buds. The bruscetta was next on our gustatory adventure, and was nothing to write home about. It was bread. cheese. diced tomatoes and basil with shaved Parmesan cheese on top. Meh. The garden salad was lovely. I both needed and wanted it. We shared a large and that was more than enough.
The pizza was surprisingly spicy. The sliced jalepanos were very good! The steak had a fruity marinade and the crust is their standard, excellent crust.
I found our hostess a bit brusque, but the waiter, Matt, was very attentive and accommodating.
