Lobby and Rival House (restaurant) were nice. Staff was friendly but the room was not worth the price. Smelled like an old room that used to be a smoking room...just had a musty smell. Either the room wasn't insulated well or three AC was poor because it would only drop a couple degrees when cranked all the way down. The phone wouldn't let me dial to room service or the Care Line, the safe was already locked and would not unlock, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly and would back up from brushing my teeth and then take 20 minutes to drain (plug completely up), the bath tub drain plug was broken and had to be taken out in order for the tub to not fill during a shower, the fixtures in the bathroom were rusting due to moisture, and the shower head was worn out.

Stayed one night for an event at the xcel energy center. Was sad that digital key wouldn't work for us to check in but then maybe we wouldn't have gotten our cookies! Hotel was clean and sold out but we heard NO noise from the hallway or neighbors. Slept so hard we almost missed breakfast. Hotel is only 6 blocks from Xcel. Give it a try.

We attended a 3 day business meeting and this hotel made it a great experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the resturaunt food fantastic. If you stay be sure to have dinner and try the homemade chips with your meal!

Hotel was a short walk to either the xcel center or saints stadium. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Has very easy access to freeways. We will definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway.

Had a King room for 3 nights, room was clean and spacious. I was on the 15th floor and found it to be very quiet even near the elevators. The bed was mushy which worked for me but I do think they need to replace soon. Others in my conference felt the same. I didn't have to park but there was a ramp attached. Building is attched by large skywalk system in the city which was nice for getting to the metro on a rainy day. Agree with review below that coffee in the morning at the lobby area would be nice but there was a caribu right on the 2nd floor out 1 door. 20 minutes from the mall and airport via uber.
