Always good food. It's like sitting down at mom's table and grabbing a bite to eat. If it looks like a line, there can sometimes be an open chair at the bar, grab it.

This is definitely a popular place. It has 4 small tables in the front & a large open dining room in the back separated by a bar. The food was good & very reasonably priced. The men's bathroom was gas station small & smelly. Very little here is new or modern.

Eclectic atmosphere, and food is fantastic. All menu items are worth it both in quality and quantity. Come hungry, enjoy some time and leave satisfied!

I have never had a bad meal at Ajax. I usually steer visitors there, and they are never disappointed.

Fast! Friendly service. Didn't care for the cornbread, but I had a 4 "veggie plate" and added and extra "veg". All were solid southern cookin. Squash casserole was one of the best ever. Very good greens. Tomato salad was awesome but was disappointed they didn't use nice fresh locally grown tomatoes. I'll be back to try more. Great for when you're in a hurry.
