Nice location and friendly staff. The wifi was spotty. Worked ok in the mornings but not at night. Friday and Saturday night we couldn't park by our room there were so many people there. Had to park about half way towards the front. We were at the very back. Breakfast was good.

We stayed here four nights. The location is just outside Branson, which we wanted. We did not want to be located in town. The view off the main breakfast area is beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the mini fridge was stocked with water and beverages. The jacuzzi was very nice, as the jets were powerful. They really felt therapeutic. Breakfast was nice, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Our only negative was in the less than expected service. After our first night, we were gone from our room all day, returning at 5:30pm. Our room had not yet been serviced. The host caught us on our way to our room, asking if we needed anything, as it had not yet been serviced. We replied that we didn't think so. The following day, we left later in the morning, and returned in the evening. Our room had not been serviced. We had then requested clean towels that evening--which were delivered. The following morning as we were eating breakfast, the host asked if we would like our room serviced. That was our last full day there. At this time, it seemed pointless. Rather than say yes, I admit, we just declined.
Leaving there, we felt that 1. Our room should have been serviced daily, as advertised. Obviously, after 5:30 pm, it wasn't going to happen that day. 2. We should not have to request clean towels. 3. The host should not ask if we would like our room serviced. It should be automatically done every day, as advertised.
Customer service is very important to us, especially when paying a premium price. We could have received at least this much service in a hotel. We went to a B&B because they generally give more personal attention to client needs, and seem to anticipate what a guest would like.

First time staying in a B&B and had a pleasant experience. The name speaks for it self. Hummingbirds everywhere in front and back. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast were really good and the family was enjoyable to talk with. May need a little updating but still very nice.

Can't miss with this bed & breakfast! Second generation hosts, still warm & friendly care of guests. Attention to detail in the rooms & amenities. Breakfast is varied, savory as well as sweet which is a nice change from most B & B. Then there are the hummingbirds. Swarms of hummers, great fun to sit on the back deck & watch them!

First class and very quiet retreat 15 minutes from Branson's main entertainment district. Excellent service, food, and room. Great breakfast. Will return in the future. Excellent facility for small family or group gatherings.
