There are many things to do in Hannibal but this was our favorite (maybe because I'm old and like old houses!). The history of this mansion is wonderful. The current owner is the one who leads the tours. All the furnishings were original. The wood in the house is beautiful. Highly recommend the tour.

Great piece of history to tour. Staff very informative. Entry fee goes toward restoration of the home. Recommend children age 8 and above.

This was an amazing place to see, the history in the home was so interesting. Our tour guide Debbie was wonderful and full of knowledge of the home and the area. The house had so many antiques and furnishing that it is a must see. I enjoyed seeing the first technology inventions that where introduced into the home like electricity and pluming. This is also a Bed & Breakfast. The view is overlooking the Mississippi River and town of Hannibal.

Our tour guide Debbie was excellent. Well versed on the museum history. She had a friendly attitude and made even the late comers feel welcomed.
