The room itself was cute at first minus the fact the that the room was very narrow and didn’t have many lights. The keycard felt grimy and making me not want to touch it. The bathroom door had obvious had and fingerprints on the handle and door itself. The toilet had a hair on it and the bathroom wasn’t fully stocked. No shampoo or conditioner and a towel was missing.
The comforters were both ripped and one had something gross stuck to it. The curtains had tears in them. After pulling back the sheets I started noticing hairs both head, animal, and pubic there were also stains on the sheets. Taking a closer look at the night stand I saw dust and dirt pilling and noticed that the top of the head board had not been dusted as there was a ton of dust and hair. The walls had dirt makings on them and could have used a good washing. The pillows were very flat looking and had hair on them.
The floor had not been swept as there were plastic tags from new clothing on the floor and the air conditioner.
After we complained about the hairs they offered us a new room which they said was in the process of being cleaned. After waiting for an hour they finally told me the room was ready. I entered the room and it smelled like cleaner however the floors still weren’t swept, doors not cleaned, and beds still had hair. In addition to all that there was a piece of jerky which had fallen next to the bed and landed on a shelf of the side table. All of the hallway floors desperately needed a good vacuuming.
To summarize I don’t believe the keycards were cleaned, the bathroom restocked or cleaned properly, the bedding changed/washed, the furniture dusted, the walls/doors wiped down, or the floors swept. I went to this place during COVID times so the cleaning should have been doubled but the room was disgusting and I did not stay there.

We always stay here and we always have a great room and the staff is amazing. it is alwasy clean and we dont have far to go to get food. the shampoo and conditioner is not in the room and that is fine. They will give it to me at the desk or the housekeepers will get it and bring it to my room.

Stayed here last year, and it still looks new. Got a problem with the room straightened out quickly. Friendly staff. This M6 is fairly new with the new platform, of more modern furnishings, and a great snack area. Great stop in the middle of MO.
