I have been staying at your hotel 2 or more times a year ever since it was built. In the last 3 to 5 years, I have started to see it go down hill in cleanliness and the overall shape of it. But now, the only way I will stay there is if all other hotels in that city are already booked up and I have to go to your hotel as a last resort. The carpets in the halls look like they have not been vacuumed in months. The hall window sills and any other flat surfaces has so much dirt and dust on them that they are now almost white. Only a few of the Hall AC units are working which is making the halls EXTREMELY HOT and I was sweating by the time I got into our room. There are carpet squares in the hall staircases with missing carpet sections. There are stains all over the place in both the hall carpets and room carpets. There was an old desk chair, trash and empty boxes at the end of the hall in front of the window. Our bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and mold all over the ceiling. The shower curtain rod is falling off the wall and they put a paper spring clip to hold it in place but it flooded the bathroom floor because it allowed water to leak out onto the floor. The shower drain is REALLY slow so I was standing in slimy dirty water. The alarm clock looks like it was dropped in the mud with all the dirt on it and smashed into the speaker grill. There was no TV remote and they could not find one that would work with the TV. The lounge chair had so many stains on it that it looked freaking disgusting, so bad that I wouldn't even set a suitcase or bag on the chair let alone my butt. There must have been 5 years of dirt, dead bugs and dust built up behind all furniture in the room. The microwave had old food splattered inside it so it was never cleaned out by your maids either. There was cigarette burns on the bathtub. The bathroom door would not shut unless you slammed it really hard because it hit the jamb. There was trash all over the exterior and in the parking lot. Apparently you have no one to pick it up. There was a box filled with trash and old electrical parts on the floor in the laundry room. Thank goodness I did not have to do laundry with my child or my child may have put something in his mouth. There was missing trim around the doorway to the laundry room. The 220 volt electrical plug in the laundry room has no cover plate. The lamp shades were both broken in the room and just sitting on top of the light bulbs with burn marks on them from the hot bulbs. A shopping cart was left the whole time we were there in the upper hal by the steps. What could happen if a child wants to play with that on the steps???? I will stop there but you get the point. It was like staying at one of those chea hole in the wall mom and pop no-tell motels. Horrible, just horrible!
