I am unsure why the hotel uses an artist's rendering on the hotel on their website rather than an actual photograph. The hotel was not as new as I expected (maybe that is why), but was clean and had an attentive staff from front desk, to Housekeeping, the young man in charge of the breakfast area. The bed was comfortable, the wall mounted towel holder was unique and the breakfast area had the 2 story high ceilings that made for an open-feeling place to eat. Even though it overlooks the parking lot, the better view rooms will end in odd numbers. The staff met all of our accommodation requests, acknowledged our Diamond status and offered complimentary snacks. Rather than individual bottles of shampoo, condition and body wash, there were large containers mounted on the wall inside of the shower.

We stayed here on our way home from Missouri to Florida. Checked in and Heather at the front desk was absolutely amazing so friendly and thanked us for being Diamond members, offered us water and snacks. Very easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. Check out was just as easy, the front desk thanked us for being diamond members again. Would definitely stay here again.

Makayla was at the desk and was very nice and welcoming. When we checked in we asked not to be close to guests with pets. Makayla said ok but upon arriving at our room we found out that there were 2 dogs right across the hall (the people rode up the elevator with us and told us they'd been there for 2 weeks with their dogs - due to a flooding issue at their home). Our room was clean and the water pressure was great. The bathroom sink drains very slow and we told the desk clerk when we checked out. We were in a room with 2 beds and one of them was very soft; the other was fine. The pool looked nice but was not huge.
