We had not been to this restaurant in quite some time. We seemed to have forgotten just how outstanding the food is. Our appetizer course was salmon cakes and garlic nuggets. The cakes were perfectly done and the garlic nuggets were rich with flavor.
Our main course was one of the day's specials, tuna steaks on a bed of cauliflower risotto. What a magnificent dish of complex textures and flavors.
Our desserts were equally great. My wife had a very rich brownie with ice cream. My cheese cake was truly a delight. It was rich and creamy and topped with a unique cherry sauce.
Our server was very pleasant and helpful.
