Spare No Rib in the CWE is only ope for lunch on Tuesday thru Saturday. Ribs, BBQ, and chirizo highlight their menu. We stsrted with the queso w/chorizo and chips. The chorizo provided a nice kick to the queso making it a big improvement over the bland queso found so often.
I had the chicken chorizo melt. A chicken breast topped with chorizo and melted cheese. It was excellent, though a pepperjack cheese would have been a nice add. Served with french fries, though other sides are available.
My companion opted for the pulled pork sandwich served w/slaw and a choice of two bbq sauces. Also comes with a side. She enjoyed it, good smoke flavor.
The restaurant's main location is on Gravois, near Hodaks. Haven't tried it but am told it has the same menu and quality.
