We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield. It is conveniently located right off the highway, with many food options nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfy. Our stay was reasonably priced. We would certainly stay here again.
Best Hilton in Springfield hands down. I have been staying here 8 weeks per year since 2020 for work. Front staff, cleanliness, and the Garden grill (food + bartenders) are top notch. This hotel has been a great home away from home during work travels.
The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the mall, also next door to delicious Aviary Cafe. Inside it's bright and modern. The room was nice and clean. The door was a little weird because it didn't automatically shut and lock, you had to push extra. So if you're not paying attention, your room door could still be opened by someone else. There is an indoor pool, which is nice. There is a gym, which includes a Peloton. Door lock for the gym would not open consistently though. Nice experience overall though.
We had another great weekend stay at our favorite Hilton Garden Inn! We used our app for easy digital key check-in. The front desk attendants were very welcoming. Two bottles of water were waiting for us in the room. They did give us a few more when we asked at front desk, as it was a hot weekend. I miss the big, cold and delicious self-serve water they used to have in the lobby, with added fruit. Our daughter’s family had a “treat room”—a king bed with pull-out couch for their boys and sweet treats available in the room! First we’ve heard of it. Next door Saturday Farmer’s Market is a great plus to the trip in the Summer! Thanks again for the great accommodations and cleanliness! FYI…light could be much brighter in front of closet mirrors. That’s where I put on makeup and it’s hard to see!
Love the Hilton Hotels and this one is conveniently located in Springfield making it a good choice.They have a restaurant in the hotel, bar , snack area, business center, exercise room, indoor pool and outdoor patio area. The breakfast for a charge was good and the staff is very friendly .
