From making the reservation over the phone to check-in at the front desk, the experience was pleasant, efficient and quick. Our room was spotless and everything worked as it should and even the shower was just right.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Holly helped my friend get this little stand she could use with her laptop as we had some work we needed to get done and I was using the desk. Annie made sure the breakfast area was spotless and greeted us with a smile. A wonderful Hampton and my first stay since Covid so I was apprehensive but it couldn't have gone better. Will definitely recommend this facility to anyone staying in Springfield. Oh, and there are lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were all very welcoming. The women serving breakfast and at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the area. The hotel was also very clean.

We stayed here on 4/29 and again on 5/5/2021. Hotel was very nice, rooms where clean, breakfast was good. All the desk clerks where friendly. Only issue we had was with the rate, when we stayed on 4/29 the rate was $124 + taxes, the rate for 5/5 was $145 so when we checked out on Thursday morning I brought the issue with the difference in rates to the clerk. She told me it was because the rates change with the season. So I asked why the rate for a stay on 5/6/2021 would be $124 as I looked it up on they website. So they graciously credited my account for the difference. I would recommend this hotel, one of the better ones that we stayed up during our week trip.
Room tip: Stay in the rooms at a higher level, we didn't hear the traffic from I-44.

This Hampton is a perfect option if you are traveling and looking for a reasonable, clean and convenient place to stay. Located right off the highway, it makes for an easy on and easy off experience. The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The property itself could probably use some updating but it was more than fine for our purposes.

This was a comfortable and nice hotel. It is just off I-44 but we did not have a problem with highway traffic noise. The beds were nice and the place was clean. I can recommend this place. It certainly meets the expectations we have with a Hampton Inn.
